Citizen Services This service provides City of Southfield residents and businesses access to information regarding their utilities. Residents may view or pay their water bills online. Human Resources This service provides City of Southfield employee access to information on record with the Human Resources and Payroll Departments. Registration is required through the Human Resources Department. At this time, access is limited to viewing available information. Any changes must be made through the Human Resources or Payroll Department. Business Services Vendors can track paid and unpaid invoices and view their check history. To register, the Accounting Department must have a W-9 on file indicating a valid taxpayer identification number. For individuals, this is your social security number (SSN). For partnerships, corporations, companies or associations, this is your employer identification number (EIN). You will also need to know your vendor number.
